Back til main page We are behind this project: ![]() Erling Okkenhaug erling@tilstede.org Has run the company Okkenhaug The Gentle Wave since 1979. The company serves as an advisor and idea developer for organisations and companies in the health sector, in the field of culture, and in the recycling industry, ecological agriculture etc. The Gentle Wave has been engaged in several cultural activities – from theatre to book publications and art projects. Erling heads the ALLGREEN network, a forum for urban and rural development. Since 1991, ALLGREEN has supplied the terms for development in many towns and smaller locations. These include: - the establishment of the historical Dale-Gudbrands Farm in the Sør Fron district - the efforts to make the city of Oslo’s seaward side available for urban development - the work to reopen parts of the town of Arendal’s canal systems - the fight to save Bislett Sports Stadium Visit www.allgronn.org for more examples All the pictures on the website are from Erling’s own files. ![]() Pål Winsents pal@tilstede.org Has worked in the film and TV industry since 1998 through his company Winsents Film. Pål has made three one-hour documentaries and a short film, in addition to developing manuscripts for short and long films in his own company. He has also photographed and cut a series, various documentaries and information films for other well-known Norwegian companies. Through his work on the documentary film concerning the fate of Bislett stadium, whose supporters include the Freedom of Expression Foundation, he became interested in how politics and bureaucracy function in practice, thus generating the wish to collect idealists’ experiences and pitfalls. But it was not until the final phase of the film that his wish became reality through a meeting with Erling. His extensive work of putting idealists into a form of system increased the belief in the possibility of creating the Presence concept. When Kristen Ulstein – with his organisational background – became involved as author, the project had achieved the variation it required. The introduction to the chapter on Staying Power portrays how the films will be constructed. ![]() Kristen Ulstein kristen@tilstede.org Runs the company “CreaCtive Services” (”KreaKtive Tjenester”). Until 1 January 2005 he was Executive Director of Green Living (Grønn Hverdag) – the Norwegian green consumers’ movement.
